We have recently enhanced our professional reputation by providing all our clients with a copy of our new Professional Code of Conduct. This is to ensure that high standards are maintained, and to provide our clients with reassurance and protection. In addition, our clients will also receive a copy of our new Terms and Conditions of Business which must be adhered to. The documents clearly outline what our clients can expect from their instructor, and vice-versa. Both documents have been produced by the Approved Driving Instructors National Joint Council.
